Orders can be placed via phone or email.  If you would like something customized, we are happy to work with you.  All of our furniture can be customized to your liking with different fabrics, leathers and stain colors available.​

CUSTOM ORDERS

When placing a custom order, we require that our customers pay a 50% down deposit and the remaining 50% upon completion.  After finalizing the custom order, the down deposit is non-refundable.  We can not accept returns or issue refunds for customized orders.

 

All completion times on custom orders are estimates. Our goal is to provide you with a quality item...sometimes quality takes time!

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be

accurate.  Swatches are a representation of the leather and should not be considered an exact replication.  Leather color can vary a shade or two from different dye lots.  Hair on hide is a natural product and can not be duplicated.  When ordering off of a picture we will try our best to find a similar hide.
